·       Typical delivery timeframe is 4 to 6 working days. However, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions or during sale periods.

·       Our couriers are not authorized to open parcels or show products before payment. Please do not request them to do so or reject parcels for this reason.

·       You will receive a message from the courier service with shipment status before delivery. Please provide a valid contact number for updates.

·       You can view tracking number for your order on our portal while entering order number.

·       COD services are not available for deliveries to hostels, universities, villages, or addresses without house numbers. Bank transfer payment is required for such orders.

·       Orders exceeding Rs.10,000/- may require a full payment or a minimum 50% advance payment to proceed.

·       At Dr. Elements, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, message, or call containing all the essential details of your purchase.

·       Please make sure to keep your cell phone on to confirm the order. If the order is not confirmed after three calls, it will be canceled automatically to save time. We prioritize the instant processing and dispatch of your orders to ensure timely delivery.

·       Orders are typically sourced from our warehouse and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days, provided it is a business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, our Customer Support Representative will inform you of the delay and provide an estimated dispatch date.

·       A standard shipping charge of Rs.250 applies to all deliveries within Pakistan. For deliveries in Pakistan, we work with Leopard Courier Services to ensure safe and reliable transportation of your parcel to your doorstep.

·       We strive to deliver your parcels within 4 to 5 working days in major cities and 6 to 7 working days in other cities and remote areas. Your parcel will be delivered exclusively to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate and complete. Providing additional information, such as nearby landmarks, can help avoid any issues during delivery.
