Shipping Policy

At Dr. Elements, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days and delivered in 4–6 working days. Delivery may take longer during holidays, sale periods, or due to weather conditions. If an item is out of stock, our support team will contact you with an updated dispatch date.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, SMS, or call. Please ensure your phone remains active. If we cannot confirm after three attempts, the order will be canceled.

Shipment & Tracking
You’ll receive shipment updates directly from the courier service. Tracking details can also be viewed using your order number on our portal.

Courier & Delivery
We ship nationwide with Leopard Courier Services. Delivery takes 4–5 days in major cities and 6–7 days in other areas. Please provide an accurate shipping address and nearby landmarks to avoid delays.

Payment & COD Rules
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for hostels, universities, villages, or incomplete addresses. Such orders require a bank transfer. Orders above Rs. 10,000 may require advance or full payment. Couriers are not authorized to open parcels before payment.

Shipping Charges
A standard Rs. 250 shipping fee applies across Pakistan.
