Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- To ensure claims are valid, please record an unboxing video clearly showing the seal being opened. Claims without a video will not be processed.
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to raise any claim for damage, missing, or incorrect items.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order receipt or confirmation, is required.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will offer a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.
- Certain items of custom products cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

- Attach clear images of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
- In certain cases, such as for online purchases, we may issue a refund in the form of a store coupon. This coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.[A1]
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status within 7 business days.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take an additional 7 business days to reflect in your account.
- For liquid or fragile products, please note that weather conditions during delivery may impact the product's condition, and we do not guarantee against such issues.
