Returns & Eligibility
Products can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that custom items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. For fragile or liquid products, delivery conditions may sometimes affect their state, which is beyond our control.
Making a Claim
To process a return, we’ll need a quick unboxing video showing the product seal being opened, along with your proof of purchase. Claims without this cannot be accepted. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel if your order is damaged, missing, or incorrect.
How It Works
Contact us at helpdesk@drelements.com with your order details, reason for return, and supporting evidence (video or images). Once approved, we’ll share instructions and, if needed, provide a return shipping label.
Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll update you within 7 business days. Approved returns will be refunded, replaced, or issued as a store coupon valid for 30 days. Refunds to your payment method may take up to 7 additional business days to appear.
