We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • To ensure claims are valid, please record an unboxing video clearly showing the seal being opened. Claims without a video will not be processed.
  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to raise any claim for damage, missing, or incorrect items.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order receipt or confirmation, is required.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will offer a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.
  • Certain items of custom products cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
  • Contact us at helpdesk@drelements.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  • Attach clear images of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
  • In certain cases, such as for online purchases, we may issue a refund in the form of a store coupon. This coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Upon approval, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.[A1] 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status within 7 business days.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take an additional 7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • For liquid or fragile products, please note that weather conditions during delivery may impact the product's condition, and we do not guarantee against such issues.
