Exchange Policy
We offer an information received within 24-hours of receiving a product for exchange policy for eligible products:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Exchange requests for sale items will not be entertained unless the product received is incorrect or defective.
- Email us at helpdesk@drelements.com with your order details and the product you wish to exchange.
- Once approved, you can select a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Price adjustments may apply if the replacement item costs more.
